Your channel request will be approved upon receipt and review of this application. You must fill out this form completely. Failure to do so is a failure to obtain a channel.

No Information sent or given to LiveSkies will ever be sold or given to anyone. This information is requested for access and legal reasons only.

As a favor to LiveSkies it is asked that you please give us a link on your website if you have one.If you have a website that is NON COMMERCIAL, we would be happy to list you on LiveSkies as well.

The rules that follow may seem a little harsh, but by staying within these guidelines it will make LiveSkies a successful site for Astronomical Broadcasting.

If you have made a mistake and only wish to watch, please register for a view only account.

Please be patient with the application process. It can take as long as 48 hours to be approved for a channel. LiveSkies screens channel names for highly unusual, derrogatory, inflammatory, and otherwise unacceptable naming schemes.

LiveSkies Site Rules

You are asked to please abide by these rules. Please read them. Remember that watching or *broadcasting on LiveSkies is a privilege not a right*. These rules are in place to protect not only LiveSkies, but also those who use the site as well. LiveSkies is for astronomy use only!

Here is a brief statement of the LiveSkies rules:

1. NO BROADCASTING OF ANY COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL ALLOWED ON LiveSkies EVER. PERIOD! THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE!
2. COMMERCIAL USE / UTILIZATION OF THE SITE, SOLICITATION OF IT'S USERS, OR ANY MIX THEREOF BY A COMMERCIAL VENDOR, MANUFACTURER OR ENTITY IS NOT ALLOWED.
3. NO FOUL LANGUAGE OR DEROGATORY INNUENDO, NO DISPARAGING MEMBERS, THEIR EQUIPMENT, THEIR STATUS AND THEIR PERSON IS PERMITTED.
4. UNATTENDED BROADCASTS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON LiveSkies.
5. Any channel not used within the first three weeks of it's creation, or a channel that becomes inactive for 8 months WILL BE REMOVED.

You will have to re-apply for a new channel once it has been removed. Two violations of this rule will ensure that you will be prohibited in obtaining a new channel, or any channel on LiveSkies.

EQUIPMENT FAILURES AND HEALTH ISSUES ARE UNDERSTOOD, JUST KEEP US INFORMED AS TO THE ISSUE. THIS WILL ENSURE YOU KEEP YOUR CHANNEL!

Failure to follow these rules can and most likely, will, lead to being banned from LiveSkies.
